Job Description:Role Brief: 8 -10 years of demonstrable experience in managing Facilities. The individual should possess soft services, event management, and hospitality management skills. Job Responsibilities: Create, implement and manage operational objectives and processes in a region-wide setting, while remaining nimble and adaptable to the constantly changing environment. Drive innovation in portfolios and ensure Facilities is at the leading edge of the industry by bringing strategic direction to the team. Provide strategic direction and leadership to facilities teams (in-sourced and outsourced) who oversee both building operations (eg, small projects, space reconfigurations, repairs, and maintenance, janitorial, etc.) and assure the daily operations of the site meet high-quality expectations within defined budgets. Manage individual and team performance, focusing on nurturing future talent and leaders in the organization. Become a trusted partner, build strong relationships with business leaders to enhance the employee experience. Effectively communicate Facilities mission and strategies to internal and external customers through timely, relevant, thorough, and tailored communication. Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and best practices across regions. Work cross-functionally with other internal support organizations, such as IT, HC, Finance, Travel and Legal, to ensure cohesive delivery of services. The Person: Experience: 9 years of combined facility management experience and service experience with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management or equivalent office management. Education: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
