Job Description:Key Impact areas: Enhance the engagement with partner banks for consistent business generation activities and structured progression of business. Effectively drive Campaigns with Bank and ensure increased sales activity through better alignment. Responsibilities: Responsible for building positive proactive relationship with TPPD, Bank and effectively manage and execute to achieve business goals. Effectively manage communication from Bank and disseminates information to the stakeholders for driving business efficiencies. Schedules efficient monthly communication mechanism with stakeholders about present outlook of Bank for managing positive progression of business. Monitoring and analysing performance/suggest improvements. Develop and integrate/improve operational initiatives related to proper functioning of Bank process that are aligned with business. Developing and implementing new technologies in Banks interface and liasioning for enhanced transactional efficiencies. Coordinate activities with Channel Marketing for increasing awareness and branding of products/policies.
