Job Description:Imperia Relationship Manager Responsibilities An Imperia Relationship Manager handles a group of High Net Worth Imperia Clients Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer Needs Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers To Enhance Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing. Sourcing new CASA for the Bank Opening individuals Saving, Current and cross-selling products like Life Insurance, Mutual Fund, Assets etc. Achieve monthly targets in terms of Revenue and Cross-selling Products. Sourcing of working capital files by activating sourcing channels like branches, direct sales and achieving the Generate references from existing customers for NTB Acquisition. Maintain good relationship with the existing clients. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the HNI Providing financial planning Investment Advice. WORK PROFILE The work involves upgrading the ultra HNI clients into the Imperia programme offering them superior customer experience for enhancing the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling of products, acquiring family accounts and new to bank imperia relationships, thus enhancing the current relationship value and wallet share of the client with the bank. Meeting the client on regular basis. Each Imperia client have to be met once in a quarter and contacted every month. Follow the customer engagement process laid down by the bank. Updation of large transactions of the portfolio clients in the large transaction portal, updation of clients profile and KYC from time to time. Process the inward and outward remittances of the client by taking the rates from the treasury team as per the terms decided for the client. Meet the client on regular basis to deepen the relationship and wallet share of the client with the bank also scoping for further business requirements of the client. Cross selling of products like credit cards / Mutual funds /Forex/ Insurance(life and general). Scoping for loan requirements of the client auto /personal/home /education/loan against shares/loan against property/gold loans/business loans/working capital and business banking. Digital penetration in clients portfolio by activating net banking , bill payments. Handling current portfolio size of Rs 140 crs with 120 ultra HNI clients
