Job Description:Overview Senior Internal Communications role that collaborates with senior executives on the development and implementation of country-wide internal communication strategies to drive employees understanding of the company s priorities and key initiatives. Reports to: Head of Communications, India GSCs Collaborators: Works closely with other Communication vertical leads, HR, Technology and Operations leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Partnership Building and Business Acumen Support the head of communication in creating and implementing robust internal communication frameworks and methodologies across the Global Service Centres in India. Work with the senior leaders across operations, business lines, technology and support functions to create customized communication strategies in line with the overall organizational goals. Content Creation Develop an understanding of cross-functional subject matters and create content that connects the dots for a young and diverse audience. Design and deliver a robust editorial calendar Align messages across various channels to deliver a consistent story Own and manage content delivery across internal communication vehicles, including intranet, email, newsletters, webcasts/podcasts, executive townhalls, and presentations Campaign and Channel Management Identify and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of media and channels Plan and execute high-impact communication campaigns and initiatives for flagship programs Own and manage key channels across the country and ensure seamless execution with effective air traffic control and governance Encourage a two-way communication culture by mobilizing managers with message tool kits and templates to ensure smoother and effective communication flow within the organization Bring innovation to communications through the various channels Measurement and Governance Ensure internal communications consistency and effectiveness by creating effective internal communication processes and guidelines Develop and manage measurement criteria and processes that effectively evaluate internal communications programs Team and Collaboration Build and engage a strong delivery network across locations to implement communication initiatives and source stories from the ground. Work closely with global communication colleagues to share best practices and align understanding of the business and functional mandate. Roll up sleeves and help the team proactively to deliver a shared agenda. Core Competencies Work Experience (8-12 years), with at least 6 years hands-on experience in managing internal communications. ITeS/BPO/KPO preferred Exceptional written, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences, internal teams and stakeholders while presenting complex ideas clearly and in an engaging manner Ability to execute a complex plan in a matrixed environment Strong project management and organization skills Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities Maturity, humility and strong work ethic Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
